Shipping and Taxation
The currency used in our store is in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$) and all prices quoted herein are in HKD$. Below are a list of things that you should know about ordering online – especially if this is the first time you’re doing so. If you have further queries, please don’t hesitate to write to us.
Currently, we only ship to and within Hong Kong and Macau. We offer only registered mail, please allow 10 business days for the delivery.
A tracking reference number will be emailed to you when we have despatched your order to the Post Office for delivery. With the tracking number, you will be able to check on the status of your delivery at http://http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ (Shunfeng Express Hong Kong website). Please note that status update is also dependent on the destination postal service’s efficiency in updating the delivery status.
Payment is made via PayPal under the business name of Klarity Mall Limited that manages www.klaritymall.com. Note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
After reviewing your items in the shopping bag, clicking on “Check out” will take you to an encrypted “Check out” form that is hosted by an established secure e-commerce service. This form is embedded in the site but all inputs are encrypted and sent via the secure service. This is to ensure that your personal details such as shipping address, etc are sent securely.
When you proceed to Payment, you will be taken to the PayPal website to make your payment. No credit card information is recorded or input on the website.
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the “recipient” (usually viewed by the authorities as “Importers”).
Because charges and policies vary in Hong Kong & Macau, we urge you to find out from your local Customs office about any duty or tax that may apply to your order.
With this in mind, we advise no more than 2 boxes for a single delivery if you want to avoid paying any taxes. It’s a good idea for you to find out what the no-tax limit is for your country.
